As you may or may not know, Good Shepherd is responsible for the Krumkake booth at Nordic Fest. Now that the 2013 edition of Nordic Fest is over, several folks have asked for the recipe.

Nordic Fest Recipe for Krumkake
Serves 100
Whip together:
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 6 Eggs
Add and Beat:
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Then Add and Whip Together:
- 2 Cups Flour
- ½ tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
