NOTICE OF CONGREGATION MEETING ON JANUARY 6, 2019, 11:00am.
Two motions will be considered at this meeting:
1) The Facilities Improvement Committee has proposed moving ahead with both HVAC-heating, venting, air conditioning- system (utilizing a closed loop, ground variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system) and the building remodel in the summer. They feel confident we can do this because we have the opportunity to take interest, 24 month loan for the HVAC system. We will have a congregational Sunday, January 6 to vote on moving ahead with this plan. If a final plan a funding proposal will be part of the budget process at the Annual Meeting February 4.
2) We will also consider the Congregation Council’s recommendation to change the name of the Evangelism Committee to the Hospitality Committee.
