In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Good Shepherd is fully accessible to all. There are no steps at the main entrances leading into the building. The parking lot outside the west door contains several parking spaces which are reserved for handicap parking. The west door from the parking lot to the building is equipped with an automatic opener and all front outside doors are wheelchair accessible. Additionally, the curb has been cut from the street and replaced with a ramp for the sidewalk leading to the Fellowship Hall.
The interior of the building is constructed on one level with wide corridors to provide barrier free mobility. Hand railings have been installed where applicable. One recently remodeled restroom, considered a family restroom, is handicap accessible.
Personal listening assisted devices are available for services in the sanctuary. A wheelchair is available for building users. Fire alarms are at wheelchair height.
